Please ensure that all garments are tried on over undergarments to maintain hygiene standards and eligibility for a refund.
Verify Eligibility
Check that your leotard is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still has all Foxy's tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Package and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective envelope.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new leotard within 5-7 business days.
